It was a real pleasure working with Black Tie Title. From the very first call, Bob was personable and quick to get things moving when other title companies in the area couldn’t. Once the file was underway, there were a few ups and downs, but Cheryl and Crystal stayed in close communication and kept the process moving forward. From handling LLC changes and addendums to adjusting closing dates, their team remained attentive and responsive. There were some discrepancies in the title costs that I hope aren’t common across accounts, but even so, the closing was completed quickly. Overall, the team was very attentive to my business needs, and I appreciated their dedication to getting the deal done.
