I've used Black Tie Title as a Realtor... several times before, but you don't realize the absolute NIGHTMARE that title can be when using the wrong company. Conversely, you don't realize how smooth Black Tie is until you start comparing to other large-scale title companies. I'm currently in escrow with three different title companies and the difference is ASTRONOMICAL. These guys treat every deal like it's the last deal on Earth and devote all their attention to quality assurance and care for not only the clients, but the real estate professionals involved as well. Ryan, Cassandra, Tia, and Tia - I've never met more helpful and willing partners in this industry. If I could leave 6 stars, I would in a heartbeat.read more

We actually live out of state, but my... father-in-law had to move into a nursing home and asked us to sell his house for him. We were a little worried about how we’d have to handle everything without being in town. Tia Kleib at Black Tie walked us thru the process without any hiccups. She was terrific.
